Our popular weekly Thursday evening class nights based in Bognor Regis, Sussex, have a fresh modern look, and are the best way to learn this stylish and versatile dance style!
The classes are designed to progress your dancing whatever your level, with a fun and relaxed but thorough approach, ensuring you develop a good range of moves all delivered with safe and gentle technique. Across the evening, the music will be a wide mix of popular chart topping tunes and hidden favourites with a range of tempos, so no matter what your musical taste there’ll be something to keep your feet moving!
Held at The Arena Sports Centre, Westloats Lane, Bognor Regis, Sussex, our classes take place in the purposely designed Dance Studio with its well maintained dancefloor and temperature controlled air conditioning system.
There’s a large, free, on-site carpark so no need to walk a long distance in the dark, and a comfortable seating area if you arrive a few minutes early. Cold drinks are provided and hot drinks can be purchased from reception.
With simple footwork, even those with two-left-feet can master Modern Jive!
New starters are welcome any week. There’s no need to pre-book, just turn up and pay on the door.
And no partner? No problem! Bring a friend or come on your own, either way a friendly welcome awaits!

7.45pm: Doors Open / Warm-up Freestyle
8pm: Beginners / Warm-up Class
8.30pm: Freestyle Practice
9pm: Intermediate Class (Plus Beginners Consolidation in separate area)
9.30pm: Freestyle and Social Time
10.15pm: Doors Close

We have now launched our new Thursday Loyalty Card, and it seemed to bring a bit of a buzz around the evening! How it works – attend a Thursday Class Night, get a stamp on your card. Collect 9 stamps and your 10th Thursday evening is free!
We also have bonus ways for you to earn stamps faster!
Some nights we’ll surprise you with a ‘Dice Bonus Night’ (roll an even number = extra stamp!)
Bring a brand-new dancer to Dance with Stacey → extra stamp
Attend on your birthday week and roll the dice, roll an even number = you guess it – extra stamp!

T&C’s – Receive 1 stamp per Thursday evening attended at regular price. Valid on Thursday evenings only at Dance with Stacey. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively so remember to bring your card with you! Loyalty cards are individual and non-transferable. Lost or damaged cards will be replaced with a new Blank card. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Themed Weeks
At ‘Dance with Stacey’, we like to bring even more fun and laughter to our class nights, so we have occasional themed nights! We’ve had a Red, White and Blue week, White Night, Hawaiian Night, and even a ‘Back 2 Skool’ night! Dressing up is always optional, but is great fun to do, as the photos below show!
